Cancellation

• Your deposit is always credited to your wallet (it is not lost) — wallet credit does not expire.
• Any amount paid above the deposit: free cancellation up to 48 hours before start (full refund); later, this part is not refunded.
• Cancellation and changes are available online while the reservation is Provisional or Confirmed (before pickup).
• If we cancel your reservation, you receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Refunds

• The deposit is returned as wallet credit.
• For the amount above the deposit you choose: to your wallet with a +10% bonus, or back to your card.
• Wallet credit from refunds does not expire. Bonus credit is valid for 2 years.
• Card refunds are processed via our payment provider to your original payment method.

Changing your dates

• Cheaper or same-price date changes are applied instantly; any overpayment is added to your wallet.
• For a more expensive date, you can pay the difference online — the change is applied once the payment is completed.
